The blower must be operated at wide open throttle and the ground speed must be continually varied to keep the blower full of snow to prevent clogging. This can only be done with a hydro. The 12HP hydro is the bare minimum. More HP is much better. A 520H w/tall chute working it's way thru some 5' drifts.

Power the fuel pump with the Accessory terminal of the ignition switch. It only delivers power in the Run switch mode. Wire to the new second NO seat switch and then to the pump. Could be bad idler pulleys on the mule drive or bad bearings in the center pulley on the deck causing the belt to slip. If they have the original carbs and in good working order that is a plus. Do not throw a way just rebuild. They are a simple tractor but built very well and easy to move around if in you way.
